We’re working with a growing professional services organisation in a global firm that is expanding its e Discovery team and is looking to appoint an experienced Senior e Discovery Manager/Team lead.

This is a senior, hands-on opportunity for an e Discovery professional who can combine strong technical expertise with client advisory skills and take ownership of complex matters from data collection through to production.

You’ll work across litigation, regulatory investigations and internal corporate matters, advising clients on e Discovery strategy, workflow design and technology while helping shape the continued development of the wider service.

The Role

  • Lead end-to-end e Discovery engagements, ensuring quality, efficiency and defensibility.
  • Act as a trusted client advisor on workflow design, platform configuration and data strategy.
  • Design and implement advanced review workflows, including TAR, predictive coding and AI-assisted review.
  • Oversee data processing, quality control and production activities.
  • Manage multiple engagements and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Support and mentor junior team members and contribute to wider team development.
  • Contribute to proposals, pitches and business development activity.
  • Work collaboratively with wider forensic and technology specialists on complex matters.
  • Help develop e Discovery methodologies, tools and service offerings.

Best fit

  • Strong experience in e Discovery, with hands-on expertise in Relativity One, Relativity, Nuix etc.

Microsoft 365/cloud data sources and relevant certifications such as RCA would be advantageous but is not essential.

  • Excellent understanding of the EDRM and end-to-end e Discovery delivery.
  • Proven experience designing and managing complex review workflows, including TAR/predictive coding.
  • Strong client-facing and advisory skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience managing multiple complex engagements to high delivery standards.
  • Understanding of data privacy, GDPR and cross-border data considerations.
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior professionals.
  • A commercially aware, collaborative and proactive approach.
