The role sits at the heart of delivery, where accuracy, pace, and commercial awareness are critical. You will have a good understanding of corporate legal workflows, transactions etc.

The Role

As a Senior Analyst, you’ll be responsible for executing technology-enabled solutions across live legal matters—combining technical capability with a strong understanding of legal processes. This isn’t just about using tools. You’ll need to understand the “why” behind the work—what the client is trying to achieve, how the process fits into the wider matter, and how your output impacts the overall outcome. You’ll work closely with Solutions Architects and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and client delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute workflows, data management, and system configuration on live matters
  • Maintain accurate data, audit trails, and reporting in line with legal/regulatory standards
  • Produce client-facing reports and dashboards, improving usability and insight
  • Troubleshoot issues and identify process improvements across engagements
  • Manage user access and ensure data security at all times
  • AI & Automation
    • Use AI tools to support document review, data extraction, and drafting
    • Validate all AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy and reliability
    • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI
    • Support testing and deployment of AI-enabled workflows
  • Solution Support
    • Map legal workflows end-to-end across people, process, and technology
    • Support solution design, build, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
    • Gather requirements, contribute to solution design, and engage stakeholders
    • Work within project teams to deliver against timelines and priorities
  • Risk & Commercial Awareness
    • Identify and escalate risks in live client environments
    • Maintain high standards of data security and confidentiality
    • Understand the commercial impact of delivery (scope, timelines, fee recovery)

    Skills & Experience

    • Technical
    • Hands-on experience with legal tech and workflow tools (e.g. document automation, collaboration platforms, e-signature tools)
    • Strong Excel and data handling skills; experience with reporting/visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI)
    • Experience with process mapping and business analysis techniques
    • Exposure to workflow automation and AI/LLM tools is highly desirable
    • Experience supporting UAT and working in structured project environments
  • Legal / Domain
    • Experience working in a law firm, legal tech, or professional services environment
    • Exposure to legal workflows such as due diligence, contract lifecycle, or transaction management
    • Understanding of how legal processes, data, and technology interact
  • Core Capabilities
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • High attention to detail in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
    • Proactive, commercially aware, and delivery-focused
