Working with one of the world’s largest advisory firms you’ll be part of a team providing a wide variety of services that deliver value-focused advice to achieve required outcomes. You will have an in-depth knowledge of business, industry sectors and markets and understand the constantly changing risks and opportunities at the heart of our client affairs.

You will:

  • Provide effective project management of valuation engagements from inception to completion.
  • Execute robust technical valuation for a variety of purposes including accounting, tax, commercial, forensic engagements and share-based financial reporting.
  • Deliver clear, succinct and robust valuation reports that are fit for purpose and accessible to non-technical readers.

You will have:

  • Significant valuation experience at a sufficiently senior level gained in another professional services firm.
  • Proficiency in a number of valuation techniques including discounted cash flow, multiples analysis, options and other derivatives pricing, intangible asset and tax valuation approaches.
  • Proven people leadership skills and commitment to developing teams.
  • Strong Quality & Risk and Commercial Management skills.
  • Adept ability to interpret financial statements in the context of valuations.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand the internal and external drivers of value for a given asset.
  • Strong business writing, analytical and Excel modelling skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent academic background including a professional qualification in accountancy or other related financial discipline (e.g. ACA or CFA).
