We’re partnering with a leading organisation in the legal sector that is investing in a specialist, client-facing technology team delivering solutions directly into live legal matters. This is not a traditional internal IT role. You’ll be designing and deploying technology that supports complex legal work—particularly within corporate and transactional environments—where quality, pace, and commercial impact all matter.
The Role
As a Solutions Architect, you’ll design end-to-end architectures that enable legal teams to deliver work more efficiently and effectively. You’ll take a client-first approach—understanding the legal and commercial objectives, then shaping scalable, secure solutions that can be delivered within real-world constraints. Working closely with delivery teams, you’ll stay involved from design through to execution, ensuring solutions are practical, robust, and aligned to live workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable, end-to-end solutions across legal workflows, data, and document systems.
- Build and define integration patterns using APIs, automation, and orchestration tools.
- Map business and legal processes to ensure solutions reflect real-world delivery.
- Collaborate with legal, operational, and technical stakeholders.
- Support the use of AI and automation within legal processes.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Contribute to solution scoping, costing, and technical decision-making.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with API integrations (REST, JSON, OAuth, event-driven architecture).
- Background in cloud ecosystems (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure or similar).
- Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g. Power Automate, Logic Apps or equivalent).
- Familiarity with document management and collaboration platforms.
- Exposure to AI / LLM technologies and intelligent automation is highly desirable.
- Experience working in legal services, legal tech, or professional services environments.
- Understanding of corporate/transactional workflows (e.g. due diligence, contract lifecycle).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
Why Apply?
This is a rare opportunity to work on high-impact, client-facing legal technology solutions in a fast-growing area of the market. You’ll be close to the work, close to the client, and designing solutions that genuinely make a difference.
