Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
Industry: Global Legal & Professional Services
An elite, globally connected professional services firm is seeking a commercially astute Legal Technology Consultant / Project Manager to join their high-performing Business Management function.
This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role where you will act as the vital bridge between legal teams, technical experts, and external software vendors to drive operational excellence and continuous innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery: End-to-end management of legal tech deployments, overseeing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional project milestones.
- Hands-on Configuration: Innovating, testing, and building workflows using document automation and Generative AI tools (not just managing oversight).
- Embedded Legal Support: Partnering directly with deal teams to identify automation opportunities within transactional lifecycles and closing mechanics.
- Platform & Vendor Management: Handling day-to-day platform maintenance, permissions, user support triage, and managing external vendor relationships.
- Training & Adoption: Designing and delivering training programs to lawyers and business staff to drive measurable tool adoption.
What We Are Looking For
- Industry Experience: Proven track record managing projects and delivering tech solutions within a global law firm, in-house legal team, or Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP).
- Technical Architecture Literacy: Strong understanding of how tools connect to core firm systems via APIs and Document Management Systems.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Query) for data insights and workflow automation.
- Code & Script Comprehension: Ability to read and understand code (e.g., Python, SQL, API documentation) to effectively scope technical work with software engineers.
- Advanced Document & Workflow Automation: Hands-on experience with conditional drafting logic, template architecture, and low-code workflow tools.
- Applied Generative AI Literacy: Practical knowledge of prompt engineering, prompt libraries, and structured AI model evaluation (accuracy, recall, and error classification).
- Data Fluency: Ability to build adoption and quality dashboards (e.g., using BI tools) to turn usage data into actionable strategic insights.
What’s on Offer
You will join a sophisticated, inclusive, and globally integrated team that acts as a trusted advisor to the firm's leadership. This role offers an incredibly varied portfolio of projects, providing a direct pathway to influence strategic technological goals and advance your career in a supportive, high-performing environment.
