The Role

In this senior, hands‑on technical leadership position, you will report directly to company leadership. You will be fully responsible for keeping our infrastructure robust and secure, ensuring our estate remains aligned with strict industry compliance frameworks whilst supporting our ongoing business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise multi‑server business environments hosted on AWS and oversee network performance.
  • Manage secure cloud storage repositories.
  • Design and maintain corporate security protocols using vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and automated patch management tools.
  • Maintain corporate information security management system (ISMS) documentation and oversee change control processes.
  • Guide the business through internal and external audit cycles.
  • Enforce strict data retention and disposal policies in line with UK data protection regulations.

  • Proven track record of managing server infrastructure and mitigating information security risks.
  • Hands‑on experience maintaining framework documentation, auditing, and change control (e.g., ISO or equivalent industry security standards).
  • Confident translating technical risks into clear, actionable advice for non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with secure web server management and routine CMS patching.

Desirable Skills (Not Essential but a Plus)

  • Prior experience within the legal sector, an eDisclosure provider, or a compliance‑heavy professional services firm.
  • Familiarity with strict data privacy obligations (GDPR) regarding infrastructure storage.
  • Understanding of electronic document management and enterprise data hosting services.
  • Experience with or exposure to eDisclosure document review platforms, such as Relativity or similar enterprise hosting environments.

What We Offer

  • A pivotal senior role with direct visibility and reporting lines to company executives.
  • A collaborative environment within a leading, security‑first legal technology firm.
  • The autonomy to shape our infrastructure roadmap and security strategies.

We are an equal‑opportunity employer.
