eDiscovery Senior Co-Ordinator job – Remote/WFH, (can consider people stepping up or already at this level approx. Senior Exec/early AM in consultancy)
Ideally £45-£50K (we have other roles with higher salaries if you have more experience)
Working with a variety of companies and institutions helping them to achieve their objectives by solving their most complex and important legal issues in eDiscovery.

The Role
You will be able to successfully deliver and assist others in the delivery of eDiscovery projects on instruction from the Practice
Assist with the management team of the eDiscovery team in their projectsProvide the firm/eDiscovery team with technical, strategic and practical know how on eDisclosure.
Accountable for ensuring QC process is adhered to in delivery of all services
Ensure eDiscovery Senior Managers are made aware of all tasks & projects and the approach to delivery is discussed and confirmed with them
Generate recommendations, project plans, estimates, procedures and spec’s, ensure quotes are provided and instructions agreed
Data processing of material received in various formats including native, load file mapped, and exception handling
Setup and customise thef review platform, running searches and culling data, creating review batches, customising coding templates, creating users and related permissions
Resolve first line support queries and work with our 2nd and 3rd line support to ensure technical issues are resolvedEnsure defensible processes and data security procedures are adhered to
Maintain project and product documentationAdministration of software and hardware used by the eDiscovery teamUK based, but providing global support and eDisclosure skills
Responsible for the successful e2e delivery of eDiscovery projects, including processing data, creating productions for disclosure/investigation, leveraging TAR functionality, Early Case Assessment tools, eBundling and case management
Keep up to date with developments by attending seminars on relevant services and technology, ensuring knowledge is shared and training is provided to all team membersContribute to internal know-how
Education / Qualification
Knowledge of the EDRM
An understanding of the principles set out in the ACPO guide for evidence
Knowledge of and experience of using eDiscovery tools to deliver eDiscovery services
Previous experience or formal training in a technology, data processing or eDiscovery related fieldExperience of using eDisclosure products such as, Relativity, Reveal, Disco, Axcelerate, Documatrix, Clearwell, eTrium, Nuix or Opus2.
