The Opportunity

We are a fast-growing litigation support and eDiscovery specialist seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our expanding team. We pride ourselves on using proprietary, cutting‑edge technology to deliver bespoke solutions for a prestigious, global client base.

Unlike traditional high‑volume environments, we ensure our Project Managers have the necessary bandwidth to be truly consultative and proactive. You won’t just be managing tasks; you’ll be a strategic partner to our clients, helping them navigate the full eDiscovery lifecycle.

The Role

  • Lead Client Engagements: Act as a key point of contact, providing technical support and expert guidance across diverse legal matters.
  • Full Lifecycle Management: Get hands‑on with everything from data processing and analysis to client training and final productions.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain essential project documentation (workflows, data schedules) and ensure rigorous quality control.
  • Risk & Compliance: Assist with data security protocols and contribute to maintaining high standards, including ISO 27001 compliance.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of market trends, testing new tools and workflow styles to keep our service offering at the forefront of the industry.

What We’re Looking For

We value an entrepreneurial mindset. This role is perfect for someone who is technically curious and wants to understand the "how" and "why" behind the technology.

  • Adaptability: A "hands‑on" professional who is happy to pivot between high‑level consultancy and technical execution.
  • Innovation: Someone who isn't afraid to suggest new ideas to improve our internal processes.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical legal clients.
  • Growth Mindset: A desire to pursue professional certifications and continuously upskill.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Background: Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or Law preferred).
  • Experience: Solid understanding of the EDRM/eDiscovery lifecycle is essential. Experience with industry tools: Everlaw, Brainspace, Relativity, etc.
  • Skills: Exceptional organisational skills and a high level of technical literacy.

Why Join Us?

You will be joining a dynamic, learning‑oriented environment where your contributions have a direct impact on the company’s growth. We offer continuous training and the freedom to manage your projects with a focus on quality rather than just quantity.
