Working Details

39 weeks, Monday - Friday. Term time only.

Role

As our Attendance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and attendance of our students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Team member: Based in the school office you will be a pivotal member of the office team and as you will be based in the school office you will be the “face of the school.”
  • Family Liaison: Building positive relationships with families to support the holistic development of our students.
  • Attendance Tracking: Monitoring and managing student attendance to promote regular attendance and punctuality.
  • External Agency Collaboration: Coordinating and collaborating with external agencies

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and external partners.
  • Organisational abilities to effectively track attendance and coordinate with external agencies.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
