What You'll Bring

We're looking for dedicated individuals who possess:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Carer.
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to achieve).
  • Proficiency in medication management.
  • A genuine passion for providing outstanding care and supporting others.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and engage residents in their interests.
