This role is pivotal in building brand awareness, generating high-intent Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and supporting the broader 15-month marketing plan launching in January 2025. This is a strategic, "slow burner" role focused on laying strong marketing foundations, not chasing immediate high-volume MQLs.

- Target Heads of Department and C-suite personas in enterprise US clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align campaigns with business objectives and drive sales-led outcomes.
- Analyse performance metrics to inform campaign decisions, ensuring all activity is data-driven.
- Develop compelling campaign content and creative that resonates with compliance and marketing audiences.
- Proactively propose new campaigns with clear business cases, expected ROI, and alignment with the overall marketing plan.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and campaign effectiveness.
- Work alongside internal teams and temporary agency partners, gradually building in-house expertise.
Success Metrics
- Primary: Generate high-intent MQLs that convert to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Secondary: Increase engagement (opens, clicks, content interaction) and strengthen brand presence.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience planning and executing integrated campaigns across multiple digital and traditional channels.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to justify campaigns with measurable business impact.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on actionable insights.
- Comfortable working in a sales-led environment, linking marketing success directly to revenue.
- Collaborative approach; able to work closely with sales, creative, and product teams.
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance campaign performance.
- Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably targeting enterprise-level clients.
Team & Culture
Work with a dynamic, data-driven, AI-focused marketing team, including:
- Head of Marketing
- Senior Marketing Manager (Product Marketing)
- Creative Lead (Animation, Video, Graphics)
- Senior Marketing Executive (Client Marketing, ABM)
Culture: Energetic, autonomous, and open to new ideas. Team values humour, creativity, and individuals who own their work.
Logistics & Hiring Process
Tech Stack: Zoho (transitioning to HubSpot), enterprise ChatGPT licenses.
Hiring Timeline: CV submission Friday, 14 November or latest Tuesday 18th November
Remote interview with Head of Marketing
On-site interview for final selection and cultural fit
Why This Role
- Influence the growth and brand strategy of a SaaS platform targeting large US enterprises.
- Be part of a highly collaborative, creative, and data-driven team.
- Opportunity to make a direct impact on revenue generation and enterprise client engagement.
