We're partnering with a market-leading energy and sustainability solutions provider embarking on an exciting growth journey across the UK. With thousands of successful energy projects delivered globally and billions saved in utility costs, the business is investing heavily in its commercial team to support increasing customer demand.

This is an opportunity to work with some of the UK's largest organisations, helping them tackle rising energy costs, carbon reduction targets and operational efficiency challenges through innovative technical and commercial solutions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building and developing a high-quality pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
  • Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure, supported by a specialist bid management team.
  • Developing strategic relationships with senior decision makers and executive stakeholders.
  • Helping organisations understand and overcome their energy, sustainability and decarbonisation challenges.
  • Working collaboratively across operations, engineering, technical and commercial teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
  • Supporting long-term sales strategy, forecasting and growth planning.
  • Representing the business through networking, customer events and industry engagement.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience selling within energy, sustainability, renewables, building automation or adjacent technical sectors.
  • A demonstrable track record of winning and closing complex B2B opportunities.
  • Strong executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of energy efficiency, renewable technologies and commercial ROI propositions.
  • Experience operating within complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and commercial skills.
