- Building and developing a high-quality pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
- Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure, supported by a specialist bid management team.
- Helping organisations understand and overcome their energy, sustainability and decarbonisation challenges.
- Working collaboratively across operations, engineering, technical and commercial teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
- Supporting long-term sales strategy, forecasting and growth planning.
- Representing the business through networking, customer events and industry engagement.
Proven experience selling within energy, sustainability, renewables, building automation or adjacent technical sectors.
Understanding of energy efficiency, renewable technologies and commercial ROI propositions.
Experience operating within complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
Excellent communication, presentation and commercial skills.
