We’re looking for an experienced Bid Manager to lead a strategically critical central government contract defence and strengthen our wider public-sector bidding capability.
In this newly created role, you’ll own the end-to-end bid process — from qualification and strategy through to submission and review. Initially hands‑on, you’ll lead and coordinate all aspects of bid creation before evolving the function to focus on process improvement, content development, and bid strategy.
You’ll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, including the Chief Sales Officer, VP of Enterprise Accounts, and central government clients, producing high-quality, compliant, and persuasive submissions that protect revenue and position us for future growth.
We’re looking for someone with a strong track record in public‑sector or defence bids, experienced with frameworks such as BOS, CCS, G-Cloud, or DOS. You’ll be technically minded, organised, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
This is a pivotal opportunity to shape how we respond to government RFx’s and build a scalable, repeatable bid process for the future.
