You've built a career most people would look at and call successful. You know how to communicate, influence, and create results. You've earned your place in rooms that matter. But if you're honest — somewhere along the way, the work stopped feeling like enough. The income grew. So did the pressure. And somewhere in that trade-off, the sense of purpose got quieter. If that resonates — read on.
About Us
Brilliant Unstoppable You is a global personal development company offering online courses, workshops, and events in personal growth and emotional intelligence, identity, confidence and self-leadership, and creating sustainable, long-term success — professionally and personally. We work with individuals who are actively seeking growth, meaningful change, and a more intentional direction in life. Many of the professionals we work with come from backgrounds in leadership, HR, business development, or other client-facing roles.
The role
This is a relationship-led business development role — not a transactional sales position. You'll use a combination of ethical marketing and professional conversation to connect with prospective clients, understand their goals, and help them decide whether our programs are the right fit for them. You'll be supported by structured onboarding, exceptional training resources, and a global community of like-minded professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Generate genuine enquiries through ethical, values-led marketing activity
- Build professional, trust-based relationships with prospective clients
- Understand client goals, challenges, and what they are really looking for
- Present our programs clearly, honestly, and without pressure
- Guide new clients through a smooth onboarding process
You'll thrive here if you
- Have experience in business development, consulting, HR, leadership, or client-facing roles
- Are independent, articulate, and comfortable taking initiative
- Are motivated by outcomes and impact — not just titles or status
- Value personal growth and hold yourself to a high professional standard
- Are comfortable with a performance-based structure where your results directly determine your income
- Communicate confidently in professional-level English
The structure
This is a long-term, flexible role for professionals who are ready to step into work that reflects where they are now — with genuine purpose, within a professional global company. Compensation is performance-based and directly linked to the results you create.
