We have an exciting opportunity within the Brilliant Travel Division. The Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a key role in driving the growth, performance, and engagement of Managed Service Travel Partners (MSTPs) within the Brilliant Travel Division.
This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, managing, and developing MSTPs, ensuring strong commercial performance and alignment with Barrhead Travel’s wider strategic objectives. The BDM acts as the primary relationship owner for their portfolio, supporting partners to build sustainable and successful travel businesses while maximising revenue and growth across the network.
