We’re Brilliant Decorators Ltd — a growing decorating company based in Yorkshire. We work on high-end homes and commercial properties across the UK, and we’re looking for one more top-quality decorator to join our team full time.

Here’s the deal: we’re not looking for someone who just wants “a job”. We’re looking for someone who takes real pride in their work — someone with the confidence, experience, and eye for detail to walk onto a site and instantly raise the standard. Who we want to apply:

• Has at least 5 years’ experience decorating homes and commercial spaces to high standards
• Can prep, paint & wallpaper like their life depended on it
• Is confident running jobs, working directly with clients & getting the best results
• Is reliable, punctual, and a great communicator
• Is respectful
• Is capable of navigating difficult situations without losing their head
• Has a proven track record of getting the best out of everyone on work sites
• Brings a positive attitude and cultivates high standards for themselves and for others
• Has a full driving licence and own transport (a van can be provided after probation period)
• Wants to be part of a tight-knit team that works hard and takes pride in the result

We don’t care if you’ve got tattoos, a goatee or what football team you support. What matters to us the most is that you genuinely care about our customers, have exceptional skill, take pride in the work we do and treat people with respect.

The boring but important stuff:

• Standard hours are 8am-4.30pm per week between Mon-Fri
• The majority of this role is working away
• Breaks are 20 minutes paid and 30 minutes unpaid for lunch each day
• Working away consists of staying over in a hotel or Airbnb - Mon to Fri
• Weekend work often available
• Overtime rates over 40 hours
• Supplementary pay when working away
• Uniform provided
• Probationary period at start with permanent contract provided on review and satisfactory completion

In return, we offer:

• A full-time OTE salary of between £44,960 and £50,560 per year (when working away - including bonuses & 10 hours a week overtime)
