Brik Oven is seeking a Dough Artisan to join our kitchen team in Greater London. You will prepare dough, assist in pre-opening and post-closing duties, and help ensure a tidy, efficient workspace for daily service.
You’ll monitor inventory, rotate stock, address expired items, and update non-availability of ingredients or equipment while supporting pizza making and beverage blending as needed.
