The client Brightwork is delighted to be supporting our client, a global leader with an outstanding reputation for providing the highest standards of innovation and quality of products for the Construction and associated sectors.
You will have a dynamic and varied role and will be responsible for complete inception to completion Asbestos removal and replacement project management and delivering successful projects through their full lifecycle, within the PMO, on time and to budget, through the stage gate process.
Your duties and responsibilities include:
- Manage all elements of simultaneously running projects from inception to completion and post completion support
- Ensure projects meet all requirements in terms of quality, delivery and cost
- Ensure all projects meet company and industry / regulatory requirements
- Provide detailed technical project management support within all elements of project delivery
- Contractor and sub-contractor sourcing, selection, management and on-going relationship development
- Deliver weekly updates on project progress, challenges, budgets and maintain good communication with stakeholders relevant to each project
- Provide on-going project data, including project risk management
