We are currently recruiting for a Retail Assistant to join our client, a prestigious organisation in Dufftown, at the heart of the Scottish Whisky Trail. Working within their busy on-site gift shop, the successful candidate will greet customers to the store in a warm and welcoming manner, assisting with any queries and processing payments.
Your Time at Work Duties will include:
- Assisting visitors in the store with general queries, using brand knowledge to recommend products and introduce upselling opportunities
- Processing both cash and card payments
- Taking responsibility for the overall housekeeping of the gift shop, ensuring stock is replenished and rotated accordingly
Our Perfect Worker: This is an ongoing temporary role, working between 9am and 6pm. Being a 7-day operation, hours will include weekend working and flexibility is required. Experience within a customer service focused role is desirable but training will be given.
