Our client is a world leader in their field and they have a requirement for additional Production Operators to join their growing team at their manufacturing site in Ardeer, Stevenston. Initially starting on an ongoing temporary basis these roles are likely to move to permanent positions in due course.
Your Time at Work
The positions operate on an early shift/ back shift weekly rotating shift pattern as follows:
- Early shift 06.15 - 14.30 Monday - Thursday and 06.15 - 14.15 on Friday. (41 hours/ week)
- Back shift 14.15 - 22.15 Monday - Thursday (32 hours/ week)
There will likely be some opportunities to work overtime.

The successful candidates are likely to have some previous manufacturing experience, ideally from a process industry. The role will involve machine operation and significant manual handling in a quality focused environment.
Key Information and Benefits
While initially starting on an ongoing temporary basis there is a real chance of permanent work with the client in due course. Due to the site location away from public transport routes, own transport is preferred.
