Brightwork has an exciting position, hiring a Process Operative at our well-known client's meat processing site, based in Turriff. If you have ever been interested in a position within an engineering team, looking to either learn on the job or even enhance skills you already have, this could be the position for you. The role requires no experience as for the right candidate, full training will be provided.
This full-time role will be working on a weekly alternative days, backs and nights pattern:
- Week 1 - day shift: (Monday - Friday) 6am to 3:30pm
- Week 2 - back shift (Monday - Friday) 2pm to 10pm
- Week 3 - night shift: (Monday - Friday) 10pm to 6am
Training for this role will be done on days. Once this is completed, the alternating week rota will begin.
The rate of pay for day/back shift is £12.87 per hour - increasing to £13.27 per hour after 26 weeks. The rate of pay for night shift is £15.37 per hour - increasing to £15.77 per hour after 26 weeks.
