This role is being advertised by Brightwork who are recruiting for our prestigious client based in Eurocentral, North Lanarkshire. We require a Temporary Part Time Caretaker / Facilities Assistant for our client's site. The duration of this role is circa 5 months (however this could be extended).
Your Time at Work
General caretaking role providing support to building occupants to ensure a safe and effective workspace. Hours of work are 21 hours per week over 5 days to be agreed with the successful applicant.
Main Duties:
- Supervising contractors on site to allow them to undertake various maintenance work
- Setting up meeting rooms, moving meeting room chairs and tables etc.
- Responding to help desk support requests via email or phone calls
- Supporting desk moves when required
- Regular daily walkaround the building to spot issues
- Undertake very minor maintenance tasks when required e.g. changing toilet seat, repairing a door handle
- Provide access to plant rooms for maintenance staff
