We are seeking a reliable Machine Operative to join our client's team in a new state of the art facility, based in the Eurocentral area, with an excellent chance to go permanent in due course.

Your Time at Work

  • The main role involves setting and operating a production line, handling raw materials, working around machinery.
  • Working to set targets and deadlines.
  • General cleaning and housekeeping of the factory.
  • Ensuring safety and meeting quality standards.
  • Assisting engineering team.
  • For those with forklift licence, you may also be assisting at the end of the production process as well as moving raw materials.

Our Perfect Worker

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
  • Forklift licence advantageous but not essential.
  • Physically fit due to the nature of the role.
  • Comfortable working with and near machinery and operating control panels.
  • Reliable and committed to working a rotating shift pattern.
  • Own transport may be required due to location and shifts.

Key Information and Benefits

  • Rotating shift pattern of 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Immediate Starts.
  • £13.60 per hr, starting pay rate - early/back shift.
  • £16.96 per hr for night shift hours should you wish to move to nights - only if an opportunity comes up.
  • Regular overtime available and paid at 1.5x & 2x.
  • Full 40 hours paid weekly.
  • A chance to go permanent with a reputable organisation and further opportunities to progress.
