We are seeking a reliable Machine Operative to join our client's team in a new state of the art facility, based in the Eurocentral area, with an excellent chance to go permanent in due course.
Your Time at Work
- The main role involves setting and operating a production line, handling raw materials, working around machinery.
- Working to set targets and deadlines.
- General cleaning and housekeeping of the factory.
- Ensuring safety and meeting quality standards.
- Assisting engineering team.
- For those with forklift licence, you may also be assisting at the end of the production process as well as moving raw materials.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
- Forklift licence advantageous but not essential.
- Physically fit due to the nature of the role.
- Comfortable working with and near machinery and operating control panels.
- Reliable and committed to working a rotating shift pattern.
- Own transport may be required due to location and shifts.
Key Information and Benefits
- Rotating shift pattern of 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday.
- Immediate Starts.
- £13.60 per hr, starting pay rate - early/back shift.
- £16.96 per hr for night shift hours should you wish to move to nights - only if an opportunity comes up.
- Regular overtime available and paid at 1.5x & 2x.
- Full 40 hours paid weekly.
