Brightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading player within the drinks industry for a Maturation Team Leader. This would be a full time, permanent position based out of the company’s site in West Lothian. This is a full onsite role. Day shift, 2-week rotation: Week 1 – Mon-Thurs 7am to 4pm, Friday 7am to 1.45 pm, Week 2 Mon-Thurs 7am to 4pm. A critical role for the business, you will be tasked with leading a team while maintaining manufacturing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulation and company standards. Main Responsibilities: Manage day to day activities of maturation teams Ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements Review maturation KPIS regularly Training, development and coaching of staff Other duties deemed relevant to role Essential Skills and Experience Experience within a warehouse environment, preferably within the handling of whisky Strong stock control and GMP knowledge Precious experience in a supervisory role Knowledge of IT systems including DRAMs, DRAMScan and Flowlog Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working within brewing or distilling extremely advantageous Brightwork Ltd offers the services of an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.
