The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.
Our client is recruiting Forklift drivers for their industrial plant where you will be responsible for moving, lifting, loading and unloading materials whilst adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a counterbalance forklift to lift and transport materials to designated areas.
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials and ensuring they are directed to the correct streams.
- Monitoring and controlling continuous flow of materials in the factory.
Safety and Compliance:
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations, particularly those relating to forklift including conducting routine inspections and maintenance of the forklift.
- Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets, supporting overall operational efficiency.
Housekeeping:
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment, ensuring work areas are free of hazards.
