Brightwork is recruiting Cleaners to work within warehouse and manufacturing areas for a well-established client.
This is a great opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals who enjoy working as part of a team in a busy production environment. Full training will be provided, so previous cleaning experience is not essential. However, experience working within a manufacturing or warehouse environment would be beneficial.
Your Time at Work
We are recruiting for both:
- Day Shift
- Pay rate: £12.71 per hour
- Night Shift
- Pay rate: £13.00 per hour
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out cleaning duties within warehouse and manufacturing environments
- Following cleaning schedules and procedures
- Working towards daily and weekly targets
- Maintaining a safe and tidy workplace
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors
- Adhering to all site health and safety requirements

The ideal Cleaner will:
- Have a positive and reliable attitude
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work well as part of a team
- Be capable of working towards deadlines and completing tasks efficiently
- Take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Have previous warehouse or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential)
