We are recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join our team at our client's busy logistics operation based in East Kilbride. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and fast-paced transport team, supporting fleet and operational activities to ensure the smooth running of transport and distribution services.

This role is ideal for organised and detail-focused individuals who enjoy working in a structured and compliance-driven environment. This is a full-time night shift position working 12 hour shifts on a 2-week rota covering 7 shifts across 14 days. This is initially a temporary role, with the potential to move into permanent employment. The salary is £33,559.50 per annum.

Your Time at Work

  • Supporting daily transport administration to keep operations running smoothly
  • Monitoring vehicle servicing, MOTs, and legal compliance
  • Coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Updating and maintaining transport systems and records
  • Providing accurate information to the planning team
  • Communicating with drivers, internal teams, and external suppliers
  • Supporting transport plans and escalating issues as necessary
