This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety Supervisor / Manager to lead and develop multi-site, companywide Health and Safety within a highly established FMCG organisation within the global drinks sector.
A highly experienced Health, Safety & Environment Supervisor / Manager, you will be instrumental in leading and managing companywide HSE whilst driving a positive safety culture across all areas of business operations. You will have an all-encompassing HSE role, implementing, developing and maintaining H&S policies, procedures including preparation and development of all associated documentation.
- Oversee and ensure effective maintenance for companywide safe working practices.
- Ensure all companywide Health & Safety meets organisational, client and industry / regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular H&S inspections, ensuring any issues are identified, controlled and all corrective actions undertaken.
- Lead accident / incident investigations, ensuring root cause analysis and associated process and procedure development.
- Provide H&S induction training, toolbox talks, and refresher sessions for all staff members.
- Liaise with and lead all company HSE in relation to Statutory and Regulatory authorities.
- Ensure environmental procedures are in place.
