Brightwork has a fantastic opportunity to work as a Production Operative for a world-leading salmon production facility at Rosyth, near Dunfermline. The rate of pay is £12.62 per hour. Overtime is available and is paid at £18.93 per hour. This is a full-time role.

Available shift is: 1. 06.00 - 18.30 on a 2-2-3 pattern (Monday and Tuesday working, off Wednesday and Thursday, Friday Saturday and Sunday working. Week 2, off Monday and Tuesday, working Wednesday and Thursday and off Friday Saturday Sunday). This shift pattern is fixed and guaranteed - speak to our team for full details!

Your Time at Work

As a Production Operative, you will be working on a line to prepare salmon to customer specifications. Other duties include:

  • Monitoring the production process and carrying out basic testing and quality checks
  • The finished product will also need to be packaged correctly ready for shipment.

Full training will be provided, and you will have the opportunity to learn from highly experienced individuals.
