You will have a key role in ensuring the effective management and control of nightshift warehouse operations and will be responsible for leading and managing highly effective warehouse operational activities. The role is based on a Monday – Thursday work pattern from 18:00 – 06:00, with flexibility in working hours to suit the needs of the business, particularly at peak operational periods.
Your role duties and responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing all warehouse operational activities to ensure the highest standards of warehouse service provision are delivered at all times
- Leading and managing all operational activities to meet company targets in relation to quality, delivery and cost
- Working closely with all internal and external stakeholder groups
- Operational management of nightshift warehouse staff
