Brightwork are recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to work with our client in Wesr Lothian on an ongoing temporary basis.
Working within their busy recruitment team, the successful candidate will work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure the daily administration and provision of recruitment processes.
Although office based initially and for team meetings the option to move hybrid working following succcesful training on systems/processes.
Duties will include
- Managing recruitment procedures for assigned vacancies - adapting to staffing requests throughout the week.
- Handling administrative duties for the team, including compliance, referencing, payroll data input and mailbox management.
- Arranging interviews for Recruitment team as well as managing applications inboxes.
- Processing offers after successful onboarding and ensuring new starters are supporting from application throughout their role.
The successful candidate will: Have experience working within a HR/Recruitment function Have excellent communication skills - both written and verbally and be confident liaising with contacts across all levels of the organisation Be proficient with all MS Office packages and pick up new systems/procedures with ease Capable of multi tasking and prioritizing an often busy workload.
