This role is being advertised by Brightwork Ltd and we require a Weekend Cafe Manager for our client's busy cafe in the EH5 area of Edinburgh.

Hours of work are Saturday and Sunday 0930-1630.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To maintain effective day to day organisation of goods by restocking from kitchen stores or gift shop supplies, flagging up when re-ordering is required.
  • This may include checking off deliveries, price-labelling of stock, warehousing stock and ordering food stock.
  • Keeping stock levels appropriate.
  • Stock turn-over.
  • Liaising with the kitchen and Café manager as required.
