Brightwork are currently recruiting for a Business Support Manager to work with our client, a well-known organization on site at their offices in Edinburgh. Working on an ongoing temporary basis, the successful candidate will be required to work during a peak period within the team on a hybrid working basis with Mon to Fri business hours covered.
Supporting their busy function, duties will include:
- Support the coordination of governance activity, including meeting schedules, agendas, papers and forward plans
- Assist with the coordination of the Annual Report & Accounts, helping gather contributions, track progress and support quality checks
- Help maintain and update business continuity documentation and directorate plans
- Track organisational actions and follow up updates with teams to support timely delivery
- Prepare clear summaries, briefings and updates to support senior colleagues
- Act as a helpful point of contact for governance-related and corporate queries
- Contribute to improving templates, trackers and ways of working to support efficiency
- Provide flexible support to agreed corporate priorities during peak periods
