We are working with a well-established organisation operating within the construction sector, seeking a driven and commercially astute Business Development Manager. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong track record in winning work and building client relationships within main contracting or a similar construction environment. You will play a key role in supporting the company’s continued growth by identifying new opportunities and strengthening its market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to secure new projects within the construction sector
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a strong and sustainable pipeline
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, consultants, and key industry stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and areas for growth
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, presentations, and tender submissions
  • Manage and track leads, opportunities, and activity through CRM systems
