Catering Assistant in Midlothian

This role is being advertised by Brightwork who are recruiting for our Prestigious client in the Dalkeith Area and require temporary full time catering staff for our clients sites. Your Time at Work Hours of Work are 25 hours per week working 5 days over 7 (so this will include some weekend work) - this will be a combination of AM and PM work so flexibility is required. Main duties include food preparation / simple cooking / temperature checks /service at hot plate and salad bar etc. / till work / kitchen cleaning / any other duties required in a busy canteen environment. There are also Hospitality duties required for this role - plated lunch and dinner service.
