The client is an innovative and dynamic consultancy, seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to grow and develop within a supportive environment.
The role involves working alongside experienced construction professionals, gaining exposure to a broad range of projects across multiple construction sectors. Responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing a variety of contracts utilising project specific contracts
- Project monitoring and delivery support
- Contractor and sub-contractor sourcing, award and ongoing relationship development
- Supporting projects across all construction types including new-build, refurbishment, maintenance and improvement
- Preparing specifications, schedules of work and tender documentation
- Undertaking site inspections and condition surveys
- Defect diagnosis and reporting
- Assisting with project financial management and reporting
Degree qualified and seeking to undertake APC, you will possess excellent communication skills, have first class attention to detail and a proactive approach to day-to-day activities.
