This is an ongoing temporary opportunity, initially from one month onwards, offering the chance to join a busy in-house recruitment function and take ownership of recruitment activity across a variety of roles.

Working closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues and external recruitment partners, you will manage the recruitment process from initial vacancy briefing through to successful appointment, while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

The RoleAs Recruitment Advisor, your responsibilities will include: Managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process across a range of vacanciesPartnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective sourcing plansProactively sourcing candidates through direct search, advertising and a range of online platformsScreening applications, conducting initial candidate assessments and producing high-quality shortlistsCoordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers throughout the selection processSupporting psychometric testing and other assessment activities where requiredEnsuring candidates receive a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment journeyManaging recruitment activity and candidate information through the ATS , ensuring records are accurate and up to dateProducing recruitment reports and statistics to monitor activity and performanceManaging interview and compliance documentation, including right to work checks, with an understanding of GDPR requirementsBuilding strong relationships with hiring managers, HR colleagues and external recruitment partnersUsing market insight and innovative sourcing methods to increase direct applications and reduce reliance on agenciesAbout YouWe are looking for someone with previous recruitment experience or exceptionally strong administration skills, ideally gained within an in-house or fast-paced recruitment environment .You will be: Confident managing recruitment processes from vacancy briefing through to offerExperienced in direct candidate sourcing and talent attractionComfortable working closely with hiring managers and providing recruitment advice and guidanceFamiliar with applicant tracking systems and recruitment reportingOrganised and able to manage multiple vacancies and competing prioritiesKnowledgeable around recruitment compliance, right to work and GDPRA confident communicator who can build strong relationships at all levelsPassionate about delivering a great candidate experienceThis would be a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys a hands-on, end-to-end role and is comfortable balancing proactive candidate sourcing with hiring manager and stakeholder relationships.
