As a Timber Production Operative, your duties will include:
- Working as part of a small, friendly team
- Building, repairing and refurbishing wooden pallets
- Using hand tools, power tools and machinery
- Measuring, cutting and assembling timber products
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Preparing pallets for storage and dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Operating production equipment safely and efficiently
- Following all Health & Safety procedures
We are keen to hear from candidates who have experience working within:
- Production and manufacturing environments
- Construction and labouring roles
- Warehouse and logistics operations
- Joinery, woodworking or workshop environments
- Landscaping, fencing or outdoor manual work
- Agricultural, farming or engineering environments
- Any hands-on role involving tools, machinery or physical work
You will also possess:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Your hours of work are Monday β Friday, 7am β 4:30pm, paid at Β£12.71 per hour, with overtime paid at Β£19.07 after 40 hours per week. You will be working within a highly supportive, team led environment offering the potential for a temporary to permanent role and a long term career opportunity.
