This role is being advertised by Brightwork who are recruiting for our clients based in Edinburgh and we require temporary Chefs for our clients' sites.
Our clients based in Edinburgh have immediate requirements for canteen based Chefs for short, interim and long term bookings.
Interested candidates must have previous Chef experience; ideally qualified to SVQ Level 2 or equivalent. Must have a valid food hygiene certificate (elementary minimum).
Main duties include preparation and cooking of all meals, stock control, HAACP duties etc.
Hours of work are on a rota and can be 0700-1500 / 1000-1800 / 0700-1800 working 5 days over 7.
Pay rate of £16.00 per hour.
