We are currently recruiting for an experienced Material Supply Operative on behalf of our client in East Ayrshire - an independent distiller and blender of some of the finest and rarest whiskies in the world. These roles are based at their Glen Catrine bonded warehouse and bottling facility in Ayrshire.
Monday-Thursday: 7.30am - 4.30pm
- Take ownership of your designated asset and surrounding area through good housekeeping and asset care standards.
- Maneuvering forklifts safely within site in all areas.
- Ensure that forklift driving areas are free from any spills or obstructions.
- Regularly checking forklift equipment and reporting if there are any faults or damage.
- Ensure accurate and good quality stock is always supplied to the production lines to meet daily production plan demands.
- Ensure accurate and good quality stock is maintained within the Dry Goods storage facility.
- Unloading deliveries and safely relocating the goods to their designated storage area.
- Willing to get involved in departmental projects and promote continuous improvement.
- Actively participate in training opportunities as proposed by the Material Supply Manager.
- Competent Forklift Operation.
- Full training will be provided to support success in the role.
3 month temporary assignment with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate. £13.31 per hour.
