Brightwork is looking for a Receptionist/Accounts Person to join their team on a temporary, ongoing, and long-term basis. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), based within the Huntly area, working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
Your Time at Work
As a Receptionist & Accounts Assistant, your duties will include:
β Provide professional support to our Finance team, undertaking a variety of administrative duties
β Answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, processing incoming and outgoing mail,
β Purchase ledger and reconciling supplier statements
β Usage of Sage,
β Sales administration support
β Supporting HR manager with Admin tasks
β Communicate with external parties in a polite manner
