How to prepare for a job interview at Brightwork Ltd

Know Your Stuff

Before the interview, make sure you research the company and its recruitment processes. Understand their specialisations, like Accountancy & Finance or Technology & Digital. This will show your genuine interest and help you tailor your answers to align with their values.

Showcase Your Sales Skills

Since this role is all about sales and relationship building, prepare examples from your past experiences where you've successfully developed customer relationships or closed deals. Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your responses clearly.

Demonstrate Resilience

Recruitment can be tough, so be ready to discuss how you've handled challenges in previous roles. Share specific instances where you bounced back from setbacks or maintained motivation in a high-pressure environment. This will highlight your resilience and work ethic.

Ask Insightful Questions

At the end of the interview, have a few thoughtful questions prepared. Ask about the team dynamics, the support provided for personal development, or how success is measured in the role. This shows you're not just interested in the job, but also in how you can grow within the company.
