About the Role:
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the payroll processes for a portfolio of clients across different sectors. You'll ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery while providing a high standard of service and support to your clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing end-to-end payroll for multiple clients
- Ensuring compliance with UK payroll legislation and client-specific requirements
- Handling queries and providing expert advice to clients and their employees
- Managing pension contributions, statutory payments, and RTI submissions
- Preparing reports and supporting payroll audits as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a payroll role with exposure to multiple client or multi-site payrolls
- Strong understanding of current UK payroll legislation
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Confident communicator with a client-focused mindset
- Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
