Brightwork are recruiting an experienced HGV Mechanic for a well-established, privately owned company based in Glasgow. This is a weekdays only role, offering an excellent work–life balance, with no evenings, nights or weekends required.
You'll be part of a small onsite maintenance team, responsible for the upkeep of an in-house fleet of Class 1 and Class 2 vehicles. This is a steady, well-organised environment, not breakdown cover or shift-based work.
- Servicing, inspections and preventative maintenance
- Fault diagnosis and mechanical/electrical repairs
- MOT preparation and compliance checks
- Proven experience as an HGV / Truck / Commercial Vehicle Mechanic
- Experience working on Class 1 and/or Class 2 vehicles
- Relevant mechanical qualifications or strong time-served experience
