Brightwork are supporting a leading business in their search for an experienced Payroll Senior Advisor to join their established team in Glasgow.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a varied and complex payroll portfolio within a highly regarded organisation known for delivering exceptional client service. You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant payroll delivery while contributing to team development and continuous improvement.
- Accurately process payrolls of varying complexity in line with deadlines and statutory requirements
- Perform manual gross-to-net calculations, including complex tax codes and retrospective adjustments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the payroll cycle
Ideally you hold a payroll qualification (or equivalent experience).
Demonstrated experience managing complex payrolls.
Strong knowledge of HMRC requirements and payroll legislation.
Experience using payroll systems.
Strong Excel skills.
