Great opportunity to work for our client, which produces food-to-go salads and salad accompaniments for a number of customers. Staffline is recruiting Skilled Factory Operatives in Bo'ness. We're looking for hardworking people, willing to learn and keen to progress. Familiar with the demands of a fast-paced production environment, you'll have a good understanding of food safety best practices.
The rate of pay is £13.36 - £13.79 per hour. Overtime is available and is paid at £20.04 - £20.69 per hour. This is a full-time role working fixed shifts 5 days out of 7 and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 2pm
- 2pm to 10pm
Your Time at Work: As a Skilled Factory Operative you will be kept busy creating our products. Working right at the heart of their fast-paced, high-pressure environment, you'll enjoy plenty of variety, be encouraged to find where your strengths lie and supported to achieve your full potential. Whether you are a machine operative, mixing operative, technician, QCs or key operative, you'll always focus on safety, speed and accuracy. Using your previous experience in a manufacturing environment, you'll always aim to deliver high-quality in a right-first-time environment.
Skilled Factory Operative - duties may include:
- Conducting CCPs
- Metal detection operation
- Check weighing operation
- Leading a production line
Our Perfect Worker: Our perfect worker will have plenty of drive, motivation, and ambition while showing good attention to detail and organisational skills. You will have a keen eye for detail and a good understanding of English and Maths. Applicants will have the ability to be hardworking and a good team player. You will have the desire to learn about Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices and the willingness to wear PPE. Previous manufacturing experience is essential.
