Our well established client in Edinburgh City is looking to recruit an experienced Bar Person on an Ongoing Temp basis.

Position is available July onwards.

Whilst no prior knowledge of cocktail making is necessary, an ability to pick up new skills and be enthusiastic in the development is key.

Previous experience in general bar work is required.

Duties to include working the main bar of the busy establishment, cash handling, stock control, cleaning of bar area, glasses and general cleaning duties as required and the ability to work on own initiative.

If you feel you have excellent customer service skills, can provide a great memorable experience to each visitor, have the confidence to speak to large groups of people, have a responsible attitude towards alcohol and are available immediately, please get in touch.

Candidates to be fully flexible as working on a rota basis 5/7, approx. times 10am to 12pm, but times may vary due to season.

Rate of pay is £13.50 p/h.

Whilst the client is focused on their requirement for Full Time staff members, there may be scope for upcoming Part Time shift patterns.
