Brightwork are pleased to advertise for a Night Host / Porter position on behalf of our prestigious drinks client, based in Keith. The position has a pivotal role to play in helping the team to deliver excellent customer service and hospitality to all guests staying on site.
Your Time at Work
- Attend to guest requests and ensure all health and safety procedures in place are followed to keep guests safe.
- Bar service to guests enjoying after dinner drinks in the Whisky bar or Garden bar until bar closing time or all guests retire to their rooms.
- Tidy up and clean all bar, drawing room, dining room and reset all fire places.
- Restock the bar and fridges.
- Set the dining room table ready for breakfast service.
- Ensure all external doors are locked and double check the front entrance door is locked as soon as all guests retire to their rooms.
- Carry out periodic checks to external doors to ensure they are still locked.
Our Perfect Worker
The successful candidate will have a hospitality background and will provide excellent customer service. Knowledge of whisky would be advantageous but is not essential as training will be provided. The role can be physically demanding and the successful candidate will be able to manage their time effectively.
Key Information and Benefits
This is an ad hoc position and flexibility is required around working days, including weekend work. The working hours will be 11pm till 7am.
