Job Description
Brightwork have an excellent opportunity for a Field Officer to join our client based from their office Stirling but primarily working across the Central Scotland area.
This is a ongoing temporary role with hours of work will be Monday to Friday core business hours
Working within their busy offices, the successful candidate will join the team in providing key support to their administration team, duties will include:
- Provide an efficient front line service by visiting members of the public who have not returned an electoral form and encouraging them to make a response either online or by completing the form
- Seek information from, or provide information to members of the public who have not returned an electoral form, encouraging /assisting the member of public to return the form or to register online.
- Handle and collate confidential and personal manual information ensuring confidentiality and compliance with Data Protection at all times. Maintaining records of any visits within allocated area.
- Collect any completed forms and return them to the Administration Team for processing, advising on how to complete the form
- Undertaking any other office-based general clerical duties as necessary and attending any on site meetings
The ideal candidate will have:
- Due to the nature of the role a full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle
- Experience working within a customer service/administrative focused role
- Ability to work alone, managing a workload and to team deadlines
The successful candidates will be required to hold a current basic Disclosure Scotland or be willing to apply for one.
